All deliveries outside Greece are made with ELTA (www.elta.gr)

Shipping Costs

• For deliveries to Worldwide the cost is 7,00 euros.

• We provide to all orders via email a Tracking Number in case you want to trace your order : www.elta.gr/en-us/personal/tracktrace.aspx

• In case of returns shipping costs were paid by us if the goods were faulty.In case of an order that was sent correct and the customer want a return for any reason the shipping costs were charged to customer. 

Dispatch Dates - Delivery Dates

From the time of the confirmation of your order and your payment in 1 business day we dispatch you order and you will be informed by email or by telephone.

• Outside Greece and inside Europe the goods arrive in 7 - 12 business days.

• Outside Europe and rest of the world  the goods arrive in 10 - 20 business days

Orders that were made during weekend Saturday - Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
